Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. (Business days = Mon–Fri, excluding holidays.)
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
At checkout you’ll see available methods for your address. Typical estimates:

Standard: ~7–12 business days

Actual delivery may vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, and peak season. Transit estimates begin after your order ships, not at purchase time.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow progress end-to-end. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to populate.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. Notes for international orders:

Delivery typically ranges ~10–15 business days depending on location and customs.

Customs inspections can add delays; these are outside our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your parcel arrives damaged, email (email — see footer) and we’ll help open an investigation with the carrier. Please keep packaging and take photos of any damage for claims.
Split Shipments
To speed things up, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll get a tracking email for each parcel.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses
Some carriers or express services cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military, or remote addresses. If that affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternative.
Holidays & Peak Season
During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday) processing and transit times may be extended.
